Here’s why. I’m a (digital) solopreneur but haven’t always been one. For most of my life, I was chained to a desk, trapped in what many affectionately call “corporate drudgery.” I was paid just enough to crush my dreams. I was there because I believed in the good school-> good grades-> good job-> good life lie that all of us are told.

It’s an even bigger lie when you have the DNA of an entrepreneur. So I quietly built a side-hustle. And when it was big enough, I said goodbye to W2 life for good and made Clear Focus Law my main hustle. I’ve never felt more free (or been more busy).

As an M&A lawyer, I decided to focus exclusively on helping entrepreneurs buy businesses. Almost all of my clients are in the same boat I was in: trapped in corporate life and hating it. Is this you?
